Recommended treatment for mild periodontal disease: Full mouth periodontal disease/gingival recession/free gum grafting
When Miss Sung was evaluated for the first time, the main area she wanted to deal with was the lower left posterior tooth area. We can see that she has two dentures and a molar stump further back.

The shortcomings of traditional dental bridges are that the front and rear teeth need to be sacrificed and ground down to make impressions. There are also dead spots under the bridge, making it difficult to clean well. It is easy to develop tooth decay or periodontal disease and other sequelae. Over time, the teeth behind the bridge become decayed and become root stumps.
Although Miss Sung is mainly here to evaluate the lower left artificial tooth implant this time. But in my personal treatment model, I will definitely insist on a complete assessment and treatment sequence of periodontal disease. Starting with a full mouth examination and detailed diagnosis, the reconstruction phase will only begin after the disease is controlled.
